These terms explain how Copi works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you use our services.

By creating a Copi account or using our services, you agree to these terms and any referenced policies. If you are accepting terms on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Copi. If you are accessing Copi on behalf of an organization, you must comply with your organization’s policies and all applicable laws.
Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the content your team shares inside Copi.
Paid Copi plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Pricing and billing details are listed on the pricing page and may change with advance notice. Any applicable taxes will be added based on your billing address.
We want Copi to be a good fit. If you cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of upgrading or renewing, contact us at [email protected] and we will provide a full refund for that billing period. Refunds are not available after 14 days, for usage beyond the allocation included in your plan, or for unused time on previously cancelled plans.
You may use Copi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not reverse engineer our services, interfere with other users’ access, or upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Copi processes data in line with our Privacy Policy. We maintain industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. You retain ownership over your content and grant us a limited license to operate and improve the service.
We may update features, impose usage limits, or discontinue parts of the service to keep Copi reliable. When material changes impact your paid plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel your plan at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued service is not commercially viable. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees on a pro-rated basis.
